By playing at Rome Casino ("the Casino"), You ("the Player") agree and acknowledge the terms and conditions laid down by Rome Casino. And that accordingly you will at all, times fulfill the obligations laid down by these terms and conditions.

1. Free bonuses have a Wagering Requirement of X75. Maximum amount for withdrawing winnings from a free bonus is $150. A player must make at least one deposit in order to withdraw.
2. All cashback promotions carry a wagering requirement of X1. Players cannot withdraw a cashback bonus until the sum of the cashback is wagered in full.
3. Unless previously stated, bonuses cannot be combined with any other promotions offered by Rome Casino.
4. Deposits of a minimum $25 and up qualify for this bonus unless differently stated in the bonus promotion.
5. In case you do not want to get any bonus for your play, please advise the support@romecasino.com before you start playing, otherwise you will need to wager fully on your bonus.
6. Excluded Games: Your bonus can be used with most games, but is excluded from all card games and table games. Each game type has a contributory percentage that it makes to the wagering requirements before withdrawals are allowed.
7. In the interest of fair gaming in order to cash out any amount of money you must wager at least twenty (20) times your play bonus, plus the deposit unless specifically stipulated in writing by an approved representative of Rome Casino. Once you receive the bonus, you cannot withdraw any amount from your account until you have met the wagering requirements. For example: Deposit $100 get $100 Free - minimum wager is $4000. Deposit $200 get $200 Free - minimum wager is $8000.
8. Wagering requirement for the Slots Special Bonus will be X20 (twenty) times the deposit + bonus.
9. Excluded Games: Your bonus can be used with most games, but is excluded from all card games and table games. Each game type has a contributory percentage that it makes to the wagering requirements before withdrawals are allowed.
10. The Casino reserves the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player's original deposit from a player's withdrawal if the bonus is wagered on restricted games (as mentioned in bonus T & C), before the wagering on allowed games is completed fully.
11. Free money bonuses can be used only on slots and keno games, in case a player will use this amount for games other than slots or keno , the operator may disregard any wins generated by this bonus, only wins related 100% to slots or keno games will be honored as winnings.
12. The casino has the right to refuse or withhold a bonus or winnings in the event of funds being cancelled or denied by any payment service.
13. All bonuses are given to members as an incentive to enhance playtime but should any form of bonus abuse be detected the casino and its management reserve the right to remove all bonus and winnings related

If a player does not want the bonus that has been deposited into their account by the casino then they are entitled to request a casino customer support to reverse the bonus out of their casino account, by way of email or telephone call, where after the reversal will take place. If Play-through have taken place on any bonus received, then that bonus may not be removed from your account (either by means of cash-in or a request to the support staff) until the wagering requirements associated with that bonus have been met.
15. Players not logging in to their casino account for a period of 3 weeks or longer will have their bonus balance annulled (void).
16. This bonus is given as a play bonus. Its function is to enhance the chances of the player and to provide more play time; it is not part of any winnings and cannot be cashed out.
17. All our ongoing promotions are valid for a period of 48 hours unless otherwise stated.
18. All bonuses that are redeemed on your account are non-cashable and will be removed from your withdrawal at the point of processing.

20. Players found to be abusing promotions may be restricted from receiving further promotional offers at Rome Casino.
21. In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the casino will be final.
22. Wagering of any kind while a bonus is active constitutes an acceptance of said promotion and thus it cannot be cancelled.
23. In the event that a bonus was not given automatically, the player must request the bonus from support BEFORE making any wagers with their deposit. By wagering your deposit, you thereby relinquish any claim for a bonus on said deposit.
24. All conditions relating to bonuses are in addition to the General Terms and Conditions of the Casino.
