  12. In the event of a complaint or dispute in the Casino, the complaint must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of the event happening. If the complaint is received after this time, we will simply not address it. However, if there are extenuating circumstances; for example: A Player is incapacitated or otherwise unavailable for comment, we will address these issues on a case by case basis but reserve the right to invoke the 14 day rule above.

  18. All deposits require a one time (x1) playthrough. This means a player cannot withdraw a balance unless he/she has wagered an amount equal or bigger than the last deposit amount. For example: If a player deposits $100, he/she must wager at least $100 before being able to withdraw their balance.
  19. Should a player abstain from the Casino for a period of 6 months or more then the Casino will be entitled to any balance in that players account and the sum forfeit.   20. The Player's account name is not transferable or changeable; the account name and password should be kept private at all times.
